One of the most important ways you can support Axella and Gaddis is by booking through the official wedding group rather than on your own through a website or another agent.

When you book in the group, you:

Help Axella and Gaddis meet the resort's room requirements while protecting their wedding package, perks, and pricing.
Ensure your stay counts toward the contracted room block, which can affect their private events, upgrades, and overall payment.
Receive group support if anything unexpected happens, such as flight changes, resort issues, or weather-related disruptions.
They are guaranteed recognition as part of the wedding group, which helps keep everyone together and in the loop.

When guests book outside the group, it can:

This results in extra charges for Axella and Gaddis by the resort for each guest not booked with the group.
Means your reservation does not count toward the Axella and Gaddis required room block, which can reduce their perks or increase their costs.
We are unable to assist you with changes, emergencies, or problems with your booking.
Result in complications with attending wedding events, depending on the resort's policies and fees.

NAME CORRECTION
• $50 CAD per edit (only permitted if the hotel approves)
Correcting a name includes:
A first or last name correction involving less than three characters
A legal name change
A married name change
A missing name detail, such as a middle name
Wedding by Memorable Vacations reserves the right to apply an additional $75 + HST fee per person for any changes and a $125 + HST cancellation fee per person. This is in addition to the penalties incurred by the tour operator or airline.

As you prepare to travel, it is HIGHLY recommended to include it in your budget and consider protecting your investment for that extra peace of mind before, during travel at your destination, and after returning from travel. After all, accidents, injuries, unexpected illnesses, and other unforeseen events may happen.

Be proactive, aware, and educated about what you have considering the following...
𝑰𝒏𝒇𝒐𝒓𝒎𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏
- Verify if your travel insurance coverage has COVID-19 1) for medical emergencies, 2) covers asymptomatic individuals confirmed by an authorized medical PCR while at the destination, and 3) if contracted pre-trip, the option to claim.
- Does your coverage have a Cancel for Any Reason Benefit option, with 80% of non-refundable amounts seven days or more to departure? (Only available within 72 hours of original purchase on applicable policies)
- If you have any concerns about pre-existing conditions, feel free to contact us for options such as our MUP policy.
- Should you be satisfied with your current travel health plan provider, consider our non-medical plan, where coverage includes Trip Cancellation and Trip Interruption, Travel Disruption, Emergency Medical, Baggage Loss, Damage and Delay, and Travel Accident.

Flights are interrupted due to storms and delayed grounding air travel to the destination.

With trip interruption based on our Premium Protection Plan having Meals & Accommodations & Other Covered Expenses due to interruption (early or delayed return) $350 per day / Maximum 10 days ($3,500)
Therefore, two individuals with insurance and double occupancy would be eligible for $500 ($250 per person) towards securing accommodations and a $100 meal allowance per person.
In addition, the Flight Assistance benefit would be activated, and $40 per person on the registered policy would be deposited to your account after a 3+ hour delay AND an additional $100 for 6+ hours delay.
