• CANCELLATION FEES
• 60 days or more prior to departure - deposit is non-refundable
• 59-21 days prior to departure - 50% non-refundable
• 20 days prior to departure 100% non-refundable
  
• NAME CORRECTION
  • $50 CAD per edit (only permitted if the hotel approves)
  Correcting a name includes:
  A first or last name correction involving less than three characters
  A legal name change
  A married name change
  A missing name detail, such as a middle name
  
• Wedding by Memorable Vacations reserves the right to apply an additional $75 + HST fee per person for any changes and a $125 + HST cancellation fee per person. This is in addition to the penalties incurred by the tour operator or airline.

As you prepare to travel, it is HIGHLY recommended to include it in your budget and consider protecting your investment for that extra peace of mind before, during travel at your destination, and after returning from travel. After all, accidents, injuries, unexpected illnesses, and other unforeseen events may happen.

• Be proactive, aware, and educated about what you have considering the following...
  
• 𝑰𝒏𝒇𝒐𝒓𝒎𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏
  - Verify if your travel insurance coverage has COVID-19 1) for medical emergencies, 2) covers asymptomatic individuals confirmed by an authorized medical PCR while at the destination, and 3) if contracted pre-trip, the option to claim.
  
• - Does your coverage have a Cancel for Any Reason Benefit option, with 80% of non-refundable amounts seven days or more to departure? (Only available within 72 hours of original purchase on applicable policies)
  
• - If you have any concerns about pre-existing conditions, feel free to contact us for options such as our MUP policy.
  
• - Should you be satisfied with your current travel health plan provider, consider our non-medical plan, where coverage includes Trip Cancellation and Trip Interruption, Travel Disruption, Emergency Medical, Baggage Loss, Damage and Delay, and Travel Accident.
  

𝑺𝒄𝒆𝒏𝒂𝒓𝒊𝒐
Flights are interrupted due to storms and delayed grounding air travel to the destination.

• With trip interruption based on our Premium Protection Plan having Meals & Accommodations & Other Covered Expenses due to interruption (early or delayed return) $350 per day / Maximum 10 days ($3,500)
  
• Therefore, two individuals with insurance and double occupancy would be eligible for $500 ($250 per person) towards securing accommodations and a $100 meal allowance per person.
  
• In addition, the Flight Assistance benefit would be activated, and $40 per person on the registered policy would be deposited to your account after a 3+ hour delay AND an additional $100 for 6+ hours delay.
